Full Remodel – Bend, Oregon
This 1970’s home was in need of a lot of love. Influenced by the recent “modern farmhouse” craze, this single level ranch-house was revitalized to fit in with the latest trends. The home was stripped down to the studs and opened up to give it that open concept feel. The kitchen renovation included all new cabinets, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, large island, Jenn-Aire appliances, entire wall tile backsplash, custom floating shelves, recessed refrigerator, and large walk-in pantry. Living room was given dimension with a shiplap fireplace surround and sleek electric fireplace. Custom light fixtures were added to every room keeping that farmhouse theme alive. This large half-acre in town lot, was given new life with fresh sod, greenhouse, chicken run, and deck. This home was truly a transformation – check out the before photographs!
New Construction – Bend, Oregon
For years, this barn was home to horses, donkeys and mules. Today, this 3300 sq. ft., matte black barn is a stunning meld of modern and ranch living. The barn layout was kept exactly how it was when first built – the 5 stables are now 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a utility/brain center for integrated home audio. The tack room is a large office and the first floor hay storage is now a large main bedroom. The breezeway is made for entertainment: a 200″ projector screen, ping pong, foosball and a 30″ disco ball for nightly dance parties. The second story hayloft is the living space: kitchen, dining and lounge. Its contrasting stark white walls and black architectural accents create an environment that showcase the owners’ eclectic artwork and furniture. An 1800 sq. ft shop runs in parallel to the barn creating a large Japanese garden-inspired courtyard.
